Sandy is a fully bilingual native New Yorker, and of Caribbean heritage from the beautiful island of Dominican Republic. A graduate from the University of West Florida with a degree in Public Health, she originally studied traditional medicine for several years, and also became a nationally certified emergency medical technician (EMT) and certified nursing assistant. She worked for over 30 years in the corporate world which came with high levels of stress and demands affecting her health to the point of developing chronic stress, burnout, and serious autoimmune conditions. This is what led her to pursuing her childhood passion of holistic medicine as a way to get to the root cause of her own conditions, and find a way to self-heal the body as a whole. Becoming a Reiki Master/Teacher was the start of her personal healing journey to where she is today as endless learner, advocate and mentor for holistic medicine. Sandy is also a Certified Consulting Master Hypnotist and member of the National Guild of Hypnotist (NGH), the International Medical & Dental Association of Hypnotherapists (IMDHA), and other complimentary & alternative hypnosis and Reiki associations. Sandy is passionate about diving into understanding the karmic patterns of the soul in order to get to the root of present issues or blockages. She combines evolutionary astrology, past life regression, and other intuitive modalities to uncover the story behind it all. Welcoming of all, her main goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental healing space while supporting you in your own self-discovery and healing journey. |
