Allow me to introduce myself:
I was blessed to be raised in a family full of love and was empowered with the belief that I can do anything I set my mind to. One of my father's famous quotes is, “There's nothing you can't do just things you haven't learned to do yet”. For as long as I can remember all I wanted to do is help people feel as loved as I have always felt. I had a very charmed childhood, but even though I was raised with so much love I was not taught to be in touch with all of my emotions, set healthy boundaries, or resolve conflict, and didn’t learn the importance of loving myself. Unfortunately, because of this, I created codependent, unbalanced relationships throughout my life and I couldn't understand why it was so hard to be happy. Awakening to happiness: My journey of self-realization began when I was gifted a Reiki session (a Japanese form of energy work, the English translation is "universal life force energy”). I had never heard of Reiki before and felt such peace and comfort during the session that I was inspired to take classes and learn reiki for myself. The teachings of this energy work ignited a thirst for knowledge and understanding that has yet to be quenched. I have studied the chakra system, the power of attraction, shadow work, and collective consciousness. I also work with oracle cards, developing intuition, and deepening my connection to Source energy. And my most important work: self-love! This journey transformed my life in the most beautiful ways, one layer at a time. The happier I became the more I wanted to share my knowledge. I wasn't sure how to do this, so I signed up for a Holistic Life Coaching program with Alan Cohen who had been a mentor of mine for years. It was through this program that I experienced the power behind creating safe and loving space for a person to simply be seen and heard. How can I help you? In this busy demanding world that we live in not only can we feel unseen or unheard by others but we rarely take the time to listen to ourselves. If you will commit to taking an hour out of your day to honor yourself I will create a beautiful safe space for you to relax, breathe, reconnect, and recharge. Compassionately creating time and space for yourself is what this work is all about. During our Reiki Session I will share the unconditionally loving, universal life force energy with you as you relax and release worries and stress so the true, beautiful YOU can shine. You can enjoy your session in peace and solitude or confidentially share anything going on in your life with me. I will listen with a loving heart and help you connect with your higher self, gaining awareness of your true feelings and possibly uncovering some limiting beliefs holding you back from shining your light. My goal is to help awaken your inner guru so you can gain clarity on what next steps are most aligned with what brings you joy. |
