I believe massage can enhance or restore your life and vitality by relieving the effects of physical, mental, and emotional stress. So that you can live your life to the fullness of your potential and abilities.
Reaching these goals with my massage practice usually requires deep tissue work. Naturally my hands tend to gravitate towards the “blocks” within the muscles. These areas are often referred to as knots. In order to approach these tensed areas in the muscle, the client and I have to work together. Gaining feedback and creating a nurturing environment so that the client can truly relax and let go. This is a strategic pressure with a gentle approach. The effects are highly therapeutic and can work for so many individuals, both short term and to support long term wellness.
I am available to schedule between 9:00 am - 7:00 pm on Monday, Friday, and Sunday
Offering 60, 70 and 90 minute massages
