I’m not one who believes in coincidences, but rather universal synchronicities and “God winks”.
Over the past few decades now, while on my own healing and awakening journey and
throughout my career as a holistic healing and health facilitator, I have been guided time and
time again by these sparks that illuminate my path. I trust the same for you.

Healing from Within
When we are so caught up in what is going “wrong” - with our physical and mental health, as
well as in the world in which we live, we most often miss these synchronicities and markers of
guidance that are all around us. The stress of life today can be and feel tremendous, affecting
our own health and wellbeing, however when we reconnect with the Source within and the
natural and unseen world around us, healing and vitality is available to all. You are a healer.

Guiding You “Home”
Hi there, I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Diane and many years ago now, I was seeking
an alternative path to the Western medical model that had initially helped me get out of a health crisis, but was not one I wanted to continue with for achieving optimum health. Deep within I knew that my body could heal and thrive without relying on the medications that weren’t in agreement with my systems, and I knew (although they are important factors) that it had to do with so much more than just diet and exercise.
I have always been a seeker to a greater power than myself, but never truly felt connected to
the “boxed-in” God that was presented to me as a church-going child and young adult. It was in my early 20’s that I was introduced to and fell in love with the spiritual and physical practice of yoga, getting certified to teach in my 30s. Having experienced years of chronic back pain, it
was (and still is) through the practice of yoga and the combination of receiving therapeutic
massage, that drew me away from my unfulfilling work in the corporate world, onto the path of holistic healing and health.
In 2006, as a requirement to graduate massage therapy school, I became a certified Reiki
healing practitioner, which has been the catalyst to my spiritual growth and expansion and for
the energy healing, clearing, guidance, and ascension (spiritual awakening) work I offer today.
For it is from within the Soul space, one I call “homebase”, where we realign with the vitality,
peace, and joy that is our truth and our birthright, for us all to embody as we bring healing to not just ourselves, but to our families, communities, and the world in which we live. Healing starts from within.
