Well hello there! Thank you for taking the time to read a bit about me and my offerings.
From a very young age I have had a deep understanding that there is so much more than what we think of as our realities here on earth, and have had a strong connection with the natural and spiritual world and the rhythms of life in all forms. When faced with a health crisis many years ago, I instinctively knew that my body was designed to heal, and that I would go on to help others do the same, however at that time, I had no idea how. It took leaving my corporate job in communications and beginning my journey into holistic health and healing back in 2005, when I enrolled simultaneously in a yoga teacher training and massage therapy school (where I was introduced to the subtle yet profound effects of energy healing). It was there that I relearned that EVERYTHING, including all life forms, are made of energy and vibrate at different frequencies, and that we have the ability to change and upgrade our own vibrational frequencies, genetic and ancestral patterns and programming, as well as our DNA! The physical and emotional effects I had experienced, stemming from childhood trauma, slowly subsided as I reconnected with the healer within. Healing from Within The stress of life today can be and feel overwhelming, affecting our own physical and emotional health and well-being, however when we reconnect with the Source within (whether you call that Spirit, God, Creator, the Divine, Life Force Energy…) and the natural and unseen world around us, healing and vitality is available to all. You are a Healer. It is from within the soul space, one I call “homebase”, where we are able to realign with our inner healer and embody our truth, as we bring healing to not just ourselves, but to our families, communities, and the world in which we live.
