Anita is a Reiki Master and Teacher and Certified Life Coach. Anita found Reiki Healing during her time of life transitional changes and found it to be a great addition to her lifestyle and life goals and has decided to share with others the great life force healing provided with Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki
Anita seeks to inspire others to develop self-worth and value themselves in order to step into their soul-purpose and embrace life transitions through learning to remove blocks, develop self-love, confidence building, intentional goal setting and developing overall wellness for the total person. She wants to make people aware of codependency and educate on ways to detach from toxic behaviors that have stemmed from enabling, and lack of self-appreciation that has prevented them from growing in the will for their life. Anita is currently working towards her Master’s degree in Integrative Health Sciences with a focus on Herbal Medicine and Aromatherapy.
