I offer a quiet, calm haven for you to be still, unwind, and have a moment to yourself. Swedish and Lymphatic massage are great for relieving anxiety and stress, reducing muscle tension, enhancing immunity, and easing aches and pains. Sessions are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays for half hour, hour, 75 minute, or 90 minute massages.
Take a few moments out of your day to be quiet and still, to calm your body and mind, to encourage peace and healing. I’d love to be a part of that!

Susan is a 2017 graduate of The Healing Arts and Massage School in Raleigh. She is also a graduate (many ages ago) of North Carolina State University with BAs in Psychology and Communication.
